Students Meet Air Evac Helicopter Team at Challenger Learning Center Aviation Camp

Paducah, KY (07/17/2018) — On June 16, nine young students had the chance to see meet Air Evac Lifeteam 120 at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. The students, ages 13-16, met the helicopter team, who is from Marion, Ky., as part of the college's 2018 Challenger Learning Center at Paducah Aviation Camp. The helicopter landed adjacent to the center to help kick off this year's three-day camp. Campers are from Calloway, Marshall and McCracken counties, Murray City and Fulton City schools and as far away as Maryland.

Elijah Taylor, 13 and a student at Marshall County's New Covenant Christian Academy, is one of the students who was able to get an inside view of the helicopter.
