WKCTC Students Showcase Talents at Open Mic

Includes First Student Ice Cream Eating Contest

MEDIA ADVISORY: Paducah, KY (02/16/2018) — West Kentucky Community and Technical College students will showcase their talents at an Open Mic event February 26 beginning at 11 a.m. in the college's Student Center. A new student contest will be part of the event for the first time.

The WKCTC Student Government Association (SGA) is organizing an ice cream eating contest to take place during intermission of the talent show.

"This is something new and fun for our students to participate in during Open Mic," said SGA President Gavin Posey. "We hope to see everyone come out to our first Open Mic event of the semester and to see us all get a brain freeze!"
