Carla Brindley Celebrates Dental Assistants Recognition Week

Carla Brindley of Kevil, KY was among 13 West Kentucky Community and Technical College dental assistant students and instructors who showed their appreciation to local dentists by preparing and delivering 20 fruit baskets to area dental offices during Dental Assistants Recognition Week March 2-8.

West Kentucky's Dental Assisting Program prepares the student to function effectively as an integral members of the dental health team and perform chair side assisting and related office and laboratory procedures under the direct supervision of a dentist. The program in dental assisting is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
