Dallas McKinney Named president of WKCTC Club

Dallas McKinney of Mayfield, KY is one of more than 50 students who are officers of a variety of clubs and student organizations at West Kentucky Community and Technical College.

Dallas is the president of WKCTC's Student Government Association.
