Kelsey Couch was recognized at WKCTC's 2016 Honor Ceremony

Kelsey Couch of Paducah was one of 100 students who were recognized at West Kentucky Community and Technical College's 2016 Honors Ceremony April 28 in the Clemens Fine Arts Center.

Couch received a Certificate for Excellence in Criminal Justice award.
