Kevin Welch of Brookport named to the 2014-2015 West Kentucky Stars Basketball Team at WKCTC.

Kevin Welch of Brookport, IL, a graduate of Massac County High School, is one of fifteen West Kentucky Community and Technical College students recently named to the college's 2014-2015 West Kentucky Stars club basketball team.
