Paul T. Ward of Benton Named a Candidate for Graduation at WKCTC

Paul T. Ward of Benton, KY was one of more than 1,200 candidates for graduation eligible to receive associate degrees, diplomas or certificates from West Kentucky Community and Technical College during the Fall 2017. The college recognized more than 190 students who participated in its Fall Commencement Ceremony December 11, 2017 at the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center.

Ward was one of several students to receive an Associate in Applied Science - Computer and Information Technology Degree(graduated with high distinction - a grade point average between 3.600 and 4.00).

In addition to the candidates for graduation, more than 30 students received nursing pins during the ceremony. WKCTC students Caitlin Bradley of Graves County and Kathy Barnett of McCracken County were the student commencement speakers. Allen North, a WKCTC alum and assistant vice president with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, was the featured speaker.
