Rebecca Housman to receive nursing pin during WKCTC ceremony May 9

Rebecca Housman of Paducah is one of 69 students at West Kentucky Community and Technical College who will receive nursing pins representing completion of the college's Associate Degree Nursing or Practical Nursing programs.

WKCTC's 2015 nursing pinning ceremony will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9 at the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center. The pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of newly-graduated nurses into the nursing profession.

The 2015 Commencement will follow the nursing pinning ceremony with 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. ceremonies. More than 750 WKCTC students are eligible to participate in commencement.
