MEDIA ADVISORY: Joint Boards' Meeting Set for Monday at WKCTC to Discuss Historic Donation

Paducah, KY (12/20/2020) — West Kentucky Community and Technical College will have a virtual meeting Monday, December 21, at 4:00 p.m. with its Board of Directors and the Paducah Junior College, Inc. Board of Trustees to discuss the recent $15 million gift to the college. PJC, Inc., is the foundation for WKCTC.

WKCTC President Anton Reece will present his vision of fulfilling the recent historic $15 million dollar gift from philanthropist MacKenzie Scott through what he is calling the WKCTC DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) guarantee. During Monday's meeting, Dr. Reece will discuss the temporary endowment of most of the funds and seven short-term impact sectors.

The joint boards meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams in order to meet COVID-19 pandemic protocols. The meeting can be accessed via the information below:
