MEDIA RELEASE: Paducah, KY (09/28/2017) — West Kentucky Community and Technical College's Paducah School of Art & Design will be offering four new classes in October for students ages six to fifteen who want to have fun being creative and getting muddy.

October 7, 9 - 11: 00 a.m.
PSAD, 2D and Graphic Design Building, 905 Harrison Street
Age: 11-15, Instructor: John Romang
Cost: $35 (includes studio supplies)
In this workshop, participants will use hot glue, ink, and recycled acrylic sheets to create small scale abstract sculptures, combining form and color to create unique works of art.

PSAD Ceramics/Small Metals, 919 Madison Street
Age: 6-10, Instructor: Juanita Gillium
Cost: $59 (includes studio supplies)
This program explores basic techniques with clay. Participants will dig into clay with instruction and their own creative energy, completing objects and forms that will last a lifetime!
