Limited Access to Student Services at WKCTC July 3 due to Planned Software Outage
Paducah, KY (06/20/2017) — Some student services offices at West Kentucky Community and Technical College will be closed Monday, July 3 due to a planned computer software outage.
The e-Education platform known as Blackboard will not be affected by the outage. However, students will not be able to access student services. Online and campus classes will still be in session. The college library and bookstore will also be opened that day.
All of WKCTC will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, for the Independence Day holiday.
WKCTC is operating on a special summer schedule through July 14 with offices generally opened longer from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and some departments are closed Fridays. For full list of summer operating hours, visit westkentucky.kctcs.edu/news/2017/20170601-summer-hours.aspx.
