Marshall County Hospital Donation to Help WKCTC Radiography Students

Paducah, KY (03/27/2017) — WKCTC MEDIA RELEASE

Through a donation from Marshall County Hospital in Benton, West Kentucky Community and Technical College's Radiography program will soon receive mobile imaging equipment to attain immediate X-ray imaging during surgical procedures.

"We appreciate the support from Marshall County Hospital," said Patty Buchanan, WKCTC Radiography program coordinator. "The equipment is called a C-arm and is used in our program curriculum and competencies. Thanks to this donation, we can replace our older machine and better prepare our students for surgical radiography before entering the clinical environment."
