Paducah, KY (09/26/2018) — Jeremi Bumpus of Paducah and Anica Smith of Benton have joined the Project LAUNCH team at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. The project is a grant recently awarded to the college by the West Kentucky Workforce Board to serve Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Marshall and McCracken counties.
