WKCTC to kick off March Registration Madness, March 1

Paducah, KY (02/26/2022) — Basketball fans look forward to March Madness each year. West Kentucky Community and Technical College also looks forward to March Registration Madness (MRM), which is set for March 1-March 18 this year.

Registration for summer and fall classes at WKCTC opens March 1. March Registration Madness is a fun play on March basketball to encourage current and prospective students to register for summer and fall classes and have a chance to win great prizes at the same time." said Emily Peck, vice president of student services.

When students register for the 2022 summer or fall semester at WKCTC, their names are entered into a database to win prizes. If students register for both semesters, their names will be entered twice to win.

Every student who registers between March 1 and March 18 is also eligible to win the grand prizes - $500 to go toward 2022 summer semester tuition and $750 to go toward 2022 fall semester tuition.

Current WKCTC students and new students are eligible to participate in MRM. The earlier students register, the more chances they have to win.

Current students should meet with their assigned academic advisor to register for summer and fall classes. New students can visit westkentucky.kctcs.edu or visit the WKCTC Admissions office, Monday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Tuesday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Appointments are encouraged by emailing WKCTCenrollment@kctcs.edu or calling 270-534-3435.
