WKCTC will offer 12-week and 8-week classes beginning in February and March
Paducah, KY (01/20/2025) — West Kentucky Community and Technical College will offer flexible class options-including 12-week and 8-week options with day, evening, and online courses-beginning in February and March.
"These options may be the perfect opportunity for students to get started or return to college by taking a few classes at a time," said Tammy Maines, WKCTC Dean of Enrollment Management. "Whatever the need, we're here to help students each step of the way."
Maines explained the 12-week and 8-week classes are also a way for students to take those first classes toward earning a degree, diploma, or certificate, providing the opportunity to enter the workforce or transfer to a four-year university. The 12-week classes begin February 10, and 8-week classes begin March 10.
Financial aid and scholarships are available, including the Adult Promise Scholarship for students age 25, and the MacKenzie Scott Opportunities Scholarship for students age 18-24! Visit the college website at westkentucky.kctcs.edu for more information.
